What to include in your enquiry
To get a useful reply quickly, include your organisation name and location, the products you are interested in, approximate quantities, and any relevant timing (competition date, wall opening, reset schedule). For factory-direct or out-of-stock items, mention the deadline so production planning can be considered alongside availability.
Response times
Most trade enquiries receive a reply within one working day. For large or complex project enquiries — new wall builds, competition supply, custom colour matching or international freight — allow a little more time for a thorough response. If something is urgent, say so in the subject line.
New trade account applications
Businesses that want to order through the B2B portal can request access via the portal homepage. Trade accounts are reviewed and approved by the Rockcity team. Applications from commercial gyms, route setters, schools, sports bodies, distributors and wall builders are all considered. Account approval typically takes one working day.
Distributor enquiries
If your territory already has a listed Rockcity distributor, they are usually the best first contact for smaller or ongoing orders. If your territory is not listed or you are interested in a distribution arrangement, contact the sales team directly with your region and business details.
