    50cm thick the matting protects the climber from falls and completely covering the built-in legs of the Kilterboard to guarantee the 30cm of matting required for the safe use of a bouldering wall.

    Value What it means
    600, 900 etc. Longest dimension of the hold in millimetres
    45° Full-on sloper — very low grip angle
    61°, 90° Texture angle in degrees. 90° is a right-angle surface to the wall — the higher the number, the more incut
    105°, 120° Progressively more incut profiles
    +1, +5, +9 Incut holds. The higher the + number, the more positive the grip. +9 is a really big jug
